The Wellness Thread
The Wellness Thread is a 7 week coaching program with personalized attention from Laura Birkey to help you take the next effective step towards overall wellness in your life. This is a "choose your own adventure" experience with Laura's eager support AND communal fun! Take this challenge with a friend!!!
What you'll get:
1x 30 minute coaching session with Laura for clarity on your goals.
7x Group coaching sessions that include teachings on women's health and wellness topics (vote in registration on which topics!). These sessions will be at the start of our week to help us gear up and remind ourselves that we're not alone in this! (Pick option: Sunday evening or Monday morning.) A short yoga stretch session is included, all packed into a focused 45 minutes.
7 weeks of momentum building and encouragement with a fun and satisfying tracking tool and a chat thread with a few friends: You'll make some new friends (and/or bring your own!) but this is intentionally kept small and accessible.

Is this program right for me?
This is not a “quick fix” approach to your health. It DOES have great potential to snowball into a space of thriving as you implement basic practices and begin to see yourself as someone who prioritizes your health (this is huge!).
In this program, you will be exposed to resources and practices that you can use to grow, but we will not prescribe a set habit or activity.
Likewise, this program does not promote dependency on any set practice or program. This will propel you into a mindset to prioritizes basic wellness practices and resource you with more ideas to grow. You will be exposed to the overcoming power of being WITH others in the journey, with ideas for how to create your own wellness threads among friends.
This may not be a good program for you if:
You don’t like being challenged to try new things.
You are in a season of intense stress and feel it’s impossible to “add one more thing” to your life. (But also, this should be a sign that something might need to change soon!)
You have excellent wellness practices and like things as they are.
